In order to receive email notifications please follow these steps:
1. Click on Notifications in the Upper Right Corner
2. Click Settings
3. Under 'edit notification options', check all email boxes that you wish to apply and click submit
4. Click 'Home' in the upper left corner
5. Click the topics or forums you wish to apply
6. Click the small wrench button
7. Click 'Submit forum' and you should see the check turn to an X
In order to guarantee you receive emails regarding new posts:
1. Click on Notifications in the Upper Right Corner
2. Click Settings
3. Check the 'Someone replies to a topic in a forum to which you are subscribed' email box option and click submit
4. Click 'Home' in the upper left corner
5. Click any of the Forum Categories (this feature is not enabled for the Private Support Area)
6. Click the small wrench button
7. Click 'Submit forum' and you should see the check turn to an X
